Une équipe de cinéma très gauche mais passionnée a pris possession de la maison de x (une vraie maison dans la ville/village) pour tourner son film « Ah nos voisins ». Le film tourné met en scène 2 voisins qui ne s’entendent pas. La question est posée : Que faire de son/sa voisin-e quand les univers sont si opposés….
